Gurukul Residential Training College of Civil Services was established in 2013 to spread the light of knowledge in the country; it is situated 15 kms far from Chh. Sambhaji Nagar city. The College campus is spread in an area of 35 acres, providing infrastructure facilities such as administrative block, central library, academic building, civil services college, student facility centre, seminar hall, quarters for teaching and non-teaching staff, hostels for students, guest house, stadium, library etc. inside the campus. The college is successfully running B. A. Civil Services Degree Course in its campus. They are Bachelors Degree in Civil Services including English, Sanskrit, Sanskrit Lit, P.A., Pol. Sci., Eco, Geography, History. The college is planning to open more subject shortly in its campus to cater to the increasing need of professional, in different fields

Residential Facilities for students: The college campus offers residential facilities to the students admitted for the above courses running in the campus. There are separate boys and girls hostel with fixed capacity to accommodate students pursuing above courses

Boy's Hostel :

Each room is two seated with cot, cupboard, study table and chair available for each student. It has all the infrastructure facilities, recreation room, study room, badminton court etc. Hostel Warden Office is inside the hostel building to manage hostel activities. It has workers to maintain the hostel and facilitate the stay of girls in the hostel

Boys Hostel :

Hostel mess runs on contract/co-operative basis.
Menu is decided by members of committee comprising of hostel residents nominated by the warden and one teacher nominated by the warden from the faculty of the departments in the College Campus.
Residents shall be served meals during the prescribed hour in the dining hall. After the above set hour is over they will not be served meals30. ora 011 abhil
Hostel residents shall not be treated as guest.
Form Guest meal, the mess rate for each meal will be double of the hostlers' rate.
On any issue pertaining to the functioning of mess the decision of warden shall not be final to officials

Eligibility for Hostel Accommodation :

The students enrolled for the courses running in the College campus are eligible or hostel accommodation subjected to their merit ranking in their respective department, distance from their permanent place of residence and availability of hostel

Eligibility for Hostel Accommodation :

Ragging is completely and punishable as per the directions of the State Government and Supreme Cou Court of India
Night stay of any guest is not allowed in the rooms. However, in case of urgency (only parents) prior permission of the warden in writing shall be essential. Under no circumstances shall any guest (only parents) be allowed to stay in the hostel premises for more than one night (only parents).
Alcohol or or any kind of intoxicants is strictly prohibited in the hostel premises.
Any kind of verbal and (or) physical abuse is strictly prohibited in the hostel premises.
Large amount of money and/or any kind of valuable items are not desirable in the hostel.4. In case of any incident of damage e or theft of such items, the resident shall have sole responsibility.
Electrical appliances like air conditioners, heaters, etc, are case not allowed in hostel rooms.
Cooking inside hostel rooms is not allowed.
Loud music or any kind of distracting noise is prohibited.
Residents shall be individually responsible for protection and preservation of hostel property inside their respective rooms. However, all residents shall be collectively responsible for hostel properties inside the hostel premises.
The hostel authority shall not be responsible for any matters or activities of residents outside the hostel premises.
All residents are required to make entry in the register before leaving and after returning to hostel.
